Path and Parking under the Cables
Overhead cables mean a corridor has to be left between the houses, and this is followed by a footpath and cycleway and is also a convenient off road parking area.
The path is part of the Round Aylesbury Walk, although it's a bit more like Through Aylesbury just here.

Looking NW from Scott End
On the Haydon Hill estate, Aylesbury, which is bisected by this high voltage line. All the roads on this part of the estate are named after authors; further northwest they are named after painters. The sunlit hills in the distance are around Ovington.

Looking north west from Rabans Lane bridge
This line to the north west of Aylesbury sees only passenger services to and from Aylesbury Vale Parkway Station, plus freight trains to Calvert waste management facility. In the future, passenger services should be extended north to Milton Keynes Central via the rebuilt East West Railway.
