Photo shows the front of the recently built Fairford Leys pub that serves local residents & businesses. This photo is taken on Trenchard Street and I was standing adjacent to the Nuffield Health Centre.

Aylesbury: Pine Street bridge, Fairford Leys
This is a new road bridge in the Fairford Leys / Coldharbour Farm residential development area, carrying Pine Street over Bear Brook. The brook only flows through one arch, the others serve as flood arches. There are several similar bridges on this development.

Arriva Bus Depot, Aylesbury (1)
Located at Unit 12 in Smeaton Close HP19 8UR, this bus depot has about 55 vehicles running on routes to and from Aylesbury. This photo shows the entrance to this depot with a 5mph notice to all drivers and the wording "Beware of reversing vehicles" below it. The building behind the notice is probably where the vehicles are washed before they go into service.

Arriva Bus Depot, Aylesbury (2)
This photo shows the exit to the bus depot at Unit 12 in Smeaton Close. To the left of the photo is the building where the vehicles are probably washed before they go into service, whilst those on the extreme right are the workshops. The notices at the exit refer to "Drivers Wanted. Full training provided" and "No entry for vehicles" with a no-entry symbol above it. Buses and cars can be seen parked in the open area.

New Theory Test Centre, Aylesbury
Located at Unit 2A Ground Floor at Midshires Business Park HP19 8HL, this theory test centre opened during 2017 replacing the previous test centre at The Gateway in Gateway Road, SP8014 refers. The practical driving test centre is a short distance away at Unit 9, Bell Business Park off Smeaton Close, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5677476 refers. One now has to pass the theory test before taking the practical driving test.

Driving Tests Notice, Aylesbury
This photo shows the notice in Smeaton Close about taking the practical driving test in the nearby Bell Business Park. The upper notice says: Driving Tests Do not park until 5 minutes before your test. The lower notice says: PRIVATE PROPERTY No trespassing No unauthorised parking Unfortunately, the lower notice doesn't give any indication as to which property it refers although it might refer to the buildings of the Bell Business Park to the right of the photo.

Fairford Leys Community Centre and Bandstand
The photo shows the Fairford Leys community centre and bandstand. The centre is an activity centre that is used as a sporting venue that serves the local community and schools (e.g. the government SureStart programme); meeting point for the parish council which doubles as a polling station during local and national elections and the local Women's Institute (WI).

Fairford Leys Church - Hampden Square
This is Fairford Leys church that was built during the 1990 in response to a request by the Ernest Cook Trust to create a new church in the heart of the Fairford Leys development. This church brings together the Church of England, the Roman Catholic, the United Reformed and the Methodist Churches the first ecumenical church to serve the community. In the centre of Fairford Leys. Wikipedia says this "Fairford Leys is designed in the urban village style, with low-rise streets, geared to pedestrians more than cars. The three main developers of the development were bound by a design code to ensure architectural cohesion and this is maintained through covenants on the deeds of each property."
