The stream originates from a natural spring in the woods, Bettymoor Plantation, about 100m to the rear of this picture. The stream flows briefly north to join Dad Brook, which itself flows west to the River Thame.

This spring is in the woods, Bettymoor Plantation, about 1/4km north-west of the A418 that runs between Aylesbury and Thame. The spring feeds a small stream that flows briefly north to join Dad Brook, which itself flows west to the River Thame. See also Image

Outer Aylesbury Ring at Round Hill

Round Hill is a rather unspectacular tumulus just off to the left.
