Hemel Hempstead: The former Kodak building
Conversion of the former Kodak office building into residences proceeds apace. Future residents will be recognisable by their heads having a marked droop towards their left shoulders.

Half naked!
The work to convert the former Kodak office block proceeds apace. Now half unwrapped and reduced to a skeleton, the crane is lowering one of the original concrete cladding panels to the ground.

Since drivers can go in either direction around the roundabout it can be a nightmare for strangers. The minis help to make it understandable.

Apartments in Hemel Hempstead
I thought high rise blocks were a thing of the 1970s. But not apparently if they are luxury apartments in the centre of Hemel Hempstead, overlooking the cricket club and marketed under the tag line "live the image". Of course they are "mixed development" which means they also contain offices and retail units.

Boxmoor lock 64

Arm of the Grand Union Canal at Hemel Hempstead
The building in the distance rather dominates all views as the Grand Union Canal passes close to the centre of Hemel Hempstead. In the foreground is an arm of the canal heading towards the centre of town, which is away to the right out of the picture.
