I am not sure if the building in shot is actually a former watermill which has been converted into a house or a new house built to look like an old water mill.

Village pond, North Stainley
This looks like a rustic village scene, but pre 1990 [or thereabouts] this view would not have existed as the pond did not exist and neither did the houses in the background. This is all recent development, and one which is far better than the usual 'rabbit hutch' type of estate where houses are crammed together.
