Chapel of the Hospital of St Mary Magdalene
A survivor from the medieval period and founded in the 12th century by Archbishop Thurston. The south doorway dates from that period, but most of the church is of the 15th century. Sometimes known as the 'leper chapel' as originally there were sisters and a priest who helped to feed and shelter lepers. Now grade 1 listed.
