Pateley Bridge High Street shops
The shop on the corner nearest the camera is a launderette. Next door is a stationer's which was the Post Office at one time To the left of that is the grade 2 listed Crown Hotel.

After the race has passed
The High Street in Pateley Bridge begins to return to normal a few minutes after the Tour de Yorkshire has passed through. The crowds lining the pavements have largely dispersed [though the cafes are full], traffic begins to move again, and the bunting continues to flutter in the cold wind blowing down off the fells.
