Harrogate Ringway at foot of Old Barber
Heading off for a walk along the Ringway footpath which we'll follow down the Nidd gorge and as far as Bilton Lane. For a while here it follows a permissive path to Bachelor Gardens.

Bilton Endowed School
The building on the left has a plaque worded: "This school was endowed by Mr Francis and Mr Richard Taylor, 2 brothers who dwelt here and built in the year 1793" http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-329827-endowed-school-harrogate . I think its neighbours are modern.
