Duchy Estate villas
Turn of the century villas in Clarence Drive. This is on the Duchy Estate as the Duchy of Cornwall were the land owners. The estate was developed with broad avenues and large houses from about 1900 onwards. At the time this was the most expensive and desirable part of Harrogate.
