I think it might be a pea tree, Caragana arborescens, but did not notice any pods.

Brookside,Crimble Clough.
Aptly named with the brook running down the side of the weavers cottage into the River Colne down below in Slaithwaite; a scene from the past with the farmhouse alongside the cottage.
