The Colne Valley Museum is to the left and large piece of stone contains 'wuzzing holes'. See - Image Typical top floor windows of weavers' cottages are seen in the right background. Golcar was a stronghold of the domestic woollen industry but a few larger stone-built mills followed.

Cliffe Ash, Golcar
The building with the name on was, I believe, a fish and chips shop. The Colne Valley Museum is in a nearby weaver's cottage and the buildings on the left were also weavers' cottages. In the background is Heath House Mill before it lost its chimney.
The museum has examples of "wuzzing holes" and a tenter frame.
