These are on Cliffe Ash and Heath House Mill is in the background. Golcar is a magnificent hill settlement that was once big in the domestic and small factory scale woollen industry.

Cliffe Ash, Golcar
The building with the name on was, I believe, a fish and chips shop. The Colne Valley Museum is in a nearby weaver's cottage and the buildings on the left were also weavers' cottages. In the background is Heath House Mill before it lost its chimney. The museum has examples of "wuzzing holes" and a tenter frame.
