Bottom end of Thornhill Road, Rastrick
On the left a site has been cleared for proposed 'luxury apartments' - it's been like this for months. A couple of years ago there was an industrial premises here. This bottom end of Thornhill Road was constructed some time in the second half of the 20C, replacing Graham Street and Scotty Bank

Bramston Street (A643), Rastrick
Near to the bottom end of the road, with late 19C houses on the left and the rear of the converted Congregational chapel on the right, still with flats for sale. One of the disused flour mill silos is in the distance. We shall miss them when they have gone to make way for redevelopment.
