Armytage Road, Lees Industrial Estate, Clifton
The sale of Armytage land on The Lees in 1819 led to the original industrial growth of Brighouse. To attract new industry to the town an extension was laid out in 1951; the first building opened in 1953. The proximity to the Clifton interchange on the M62 has ensured its continuing success.
