Lock No 9E, Huddersfield Narrow Canal
Looking west. The bridge carries the B6111, giving access to Golcar and Longwood from the main A62 Colne Valley road. To the right of the lock are two public houses.

This site has gone. Possessed three steam engines installed in 1980s and generating electricity. Longwood Tower is near the top of the chimney.
