Huddersfield trolleybus at Outlane
Sunbeam S7 No 632 (PVH 932) waiting to depart on route 73 for Waterloo via town centre. It has East Lancs 72-seater bodywork dating from 1959. The trolleybus system closed down on 13th July, 1968, three months after this picture was taken.

Outlane trolleybus terminus, Huddersfield, 1966
The location, on the edge of the Pennine moorland to the west of Huddersfield was during its lifetime the highest point (909 ft asl) reached by trolleybuses in the UK. No 608 is one of the 12 BUT 9641T vehicles with bodywork by Roe delivered in 1953.
