Wharf Street, Godalming
This part is not very close to the wharf, and not pointing in the right direction, but behind the camera and out of the old part of town it turns north-east to head for the wharf on the river.

Kings Arms, Godalming
The impressive brick Kings Arms Royal Hotel in High Street has a history of catering for London - Portsmouth coaching traffic. The current building was built in 1753 - earlier it hosted the Russian Tsar, Peter the Great (1698).
