Fine homes - Marwell Road
Note the mature trees. As part of the development of this greenfield site the builders had to leave many mature trees in place. How sensible!

Lyndhurst Road
The cheaper area of the Elvetham Heath development. Smaller houses and gardens and right next to the M3. The council also appears to be less diligent in the general upkeep of the area - weeds along the kerb and shrubs have not been cut back at regular intervals.
