Hylton Road, Petersfield
This is how councils across the country stop the traffic flow. It was extremely difficult for traffic coming in either direction as once cars park on either side there is barely any room for anything bigger than a medium sized car. The van had waited a few minutes for a chance to find enough space to get through.
