Sleepers on the Grass
On a small bit of lawn between Gill Avenue and the hospital car park is this curve of old railway sleepers.
Was this railway land once? There is still a line on the other side of the hospital.

Olympic Games banners in the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford which is host to many of the athletes who are training here before the big event.
The buildings in the background are some of the student residences at the University of Surrey, the owner of the Sports Park.
