Bisley Village Hall & Jubilee Hall, School Close, Bisley, Surrey
The reason the village hall looks a bit like a church is that it started life as the chapel to the long closed Shaftesbury School. This part of the building dates from 1874. It was converted to a village hall in 1962 and the Jubilee Hall was added in 1982. More information can be found on the village hall's own website, from which this information was obtained.
