High Street
This was originally the A3 and the raison d'etre for the settlement's origin. Coaching inns bestride this road to Portsmouth which was renumbered as B2215 when a bypass was built.

Cedar House
This is one of Ripley's former coaching inns. It was the 17th Century George Inn. Ripley High Street was on the main London - Portsmouth road until recent years when the village was by-passed by the A3.
