Accident at the traffic lights
A collision has just happened (although the incident was missed) and the police are on their way. Nobody seemed physically hurt. The near car is a taxi. Only two cars are involved, others are just edging past. No doubt the sequence of events has been captured by the spy camera top left.

Boileroom, formerly The Elm Tree, 13 Stoke Fields
It describes itself as a "creative, arts, music, venue", and as being Guildford's prime live music venue. Admission to music events is by ticket to people 18 years old and older. The venue also does food and drinks. The building used to be a pub called The Elm Tree.
