The A323 at Ash
This is the A323 Aldershot to Guildford road looking east from opposite the Pinewood sub-post office. The white building in the distance is the Lion Brewery which, despite its name, is simply a pub. During the rush hour this becomes an extremely busy road.

Normandy village sign
First recorded as Normandie in 1656, the village reputedly is named after the inn, the Duke of Normandy. The inn lies some 3 kilometres east of the sign, on Guildford Road at Willey Green.
