At the bottom end of the street. A restrained neo-Classical design with pilasters between the first-floor windows and a frieze at the top. 1920s or 30s? Notice also the round window in the building to the left.

Part and parcel of the Wellington Centre development by the J. Seymour Harris Partnership, planned from 1965 and built in 1975-78. All very forceful in white concrete.
