Dry stone squirrel
This detail of a dry stone wall shows the use of large stones usually used for the construction of buildings. However, they are interspersed with smaller ones. I fully expected the squirrel on top of the wall to run away - but it is made of plastic!

Tarlton Church
The church access is between the wall and railings in the foreground. This access is over land owned by the property out of shot to the left. It is not a public footpath. There is no public access over the track between the two foreground walls, which passes the church.

Into the chancel, St Osmund, Tarlton
A genuine Norman Romanesque chancel arch frames a neo-Norman east window and lozenge window above it in the east wall. In the chancel, the four windows already illustrated by Philip Halling are by Thomas Denny who has done much work for Gloucestershire churches including Gloucester cathedral and Tewkesbury Abbey; they were made in 1997.
