The runway is largely intact. Other runways gave up their concrete for the Witney By-pass a while back. Kencot Hill Farm is just visible at top right of the image.

NE to SW runway, Broadwell airfield, Shilton, Burford
Photographed from the intersection with the north-south runway, this is the last stretch of the runway before it terminates to the south-west at the western perimeter track. The original concrete has been removed and, reportedly, used as hardcore for the Witney by-pass.
