Tower of the old church in Gretton
All that remains of the old church in Gretton is this tower, not sure of the date the church was demolished, but it must have been in the second half of the nineteenth century after the building of the new church in 1868. The tower dates from the 15th to 16th centuries and here is it viewed from within what would have been the nave of the original church. The tower is Grade II listed, see: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1172425
