G's Bar Cheltenham
There is minimal signage on the bar on the corner of Bath Road and Vernon Place.
There is a letter G above the doorway and another one on the Bath Road side.
The pub sign looks like an attempt to obliterate the name of the previous occupier.

Sekushi club, Cheltenham
This late November 2011 view of the premises on the corner of Bath Road and Vernon Place shows the Sekushi club, an oriental-themed bar and club. It opened in June 2011 in premises formerly occupied by the Dakota club. Sekushi closed down in January 2012, reportedly because it failed to make a sufficient profit.

The Apartment
The Apartment wine bar on Bath Street. Formerly this was a pub named the Garricks Head. The pub was named after the actor David Garrick. There is a plaister bust of David Garrick on the front of the building. The building stands on the site of the Theatre Royal which opened in 1805, the theatre burned down in 1839.

The Moon under Water, Cheltenham
The name of the Wetherspoon pub in Bath Road is a reference to a 1946 essay by George Orwell in which he gave ten key features that his ideal public house, the fictitious Moon Under Water, would have.
