Strip development on the A4019
The northwestern entrance to Cheltenham has a rather North American flavour, with a series of business and retail parks alongside the main road. Much easier to use than the cramped town centre and clearly prospering: the building on the left is an Aston Martin dealership, with BMW a short distance further on.

I don't remember seeing ads or shops from Smyths before last year, and considering Toys R Us are in serious trouble I don't know how they have done so well in the same market area.
