Cheltenham houses [127]
Eastholme, Wellington Square, built circa 1870s, is a Victorian house in a Regency Square. Built of red brick with purple brick banding and ashlar dressings, all under a tile roof. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1388198 Cheltenham is located at the foot of the Cotswold scarp with the small River Chelt flowing through the town. After the discovery of mineral springs in 1716 Cheltenham became a spa town and many Regency houses and other buildings were erected. The town is home to the renowned Cheltenham Festival, four days of horse jump racing culminating in the Gold Cup, held annually in March at the nearby racecourse.

Cheltenham houses [128]
Edenham and Westbury are a pair of semi-detached villas in Wellington Square. Built in a neo-Classical design, circa 1838 of stuccoed brick with very fine detailing, under a concealed roof, with iron balconies and railings. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1388200 Cheltenham is located at the foot of the Cotswold scarp with the small River Chelt flowing through the town.
