Aka Tivola Villas. That rare thing, a modern housing development which is not pastiche. There is not a fake column or beam to be seen. It consists of four houses, built in 2013.
Pity they could not be classed as affordable - in 2021, one four-bedroomed house was on the market for £1.2m.
