I don't know the usage of these two buildings in April 2016. Similar buildings elsewhere in Cheltenham have been converted to flats, or to office use.

1-4 Lypiatt Drive, Cheltenham
Aka Tivola Villas. That rare thing, a modern housing development which is not pastiche. There is not a fake column or beam to be seen. It consists of four houses, built in 2013. Pity they could not be classed as affordable - in 2021, one four-bedroomed house was on the market for £1.2m.

Lansdown Road to the west, Cheltenham
A tighter view of the street scene seen here http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1472017 shows that at least one pushbike rider would rather take his chances on the main road than on the dedicated cycle lane thoughtfully provided by the authorities. Still, less chance of being savaged by a small dog there.
