Imperial Square and The Quadrangle, Cheltenham
This office building looks as if it was built in the 1960s. I'm not convinced it sits well adjacent to its Edwardian neighbour http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1471901

Sculpture below the Quadrangle
Sculpture below the Quadrangle, the former Gulf Oil building in Imperial Gardens. The sculpture is slightly out of focus but included for its historical value; the building has since refurbished and I don’t think piece of public street art is there now.

Cheltenham buildings [93]
Seen here from Imperial Gardens is The Quadrangle, a nasty, 1970s office building which should never have been given planning permission. A full restoration of the building has just been completed without any visible improvement. Cheltenham is located at the foot of the Cotswold scarp with the small River Chelt flowing through the town. After the discovery of mineral springs in 1716 Cheltenham became a spa town and many Regency houses and other buildings were erected. The town is home to the renowned Cheltenham Festival, four days of horse jump racing culminating in the Gold Cup, held annually in March at the nearby racecourse.
