In Regent Street this delightful lamp post was first lit in 1869 and is an early example of one intended for electricity. It has an arched lamp holder and dragon infill with crowning onion finial. The multi storey car park is located at the western end of the Arcade which is a modern mall shopping centre. The car park is owned and managed by Cheltenham council and has 500 parking spaces over 4 levels.
