Cooper's Hill
Every May Bank Holiday the annual cheese rolling takes place down this extremely steep hillside. The picture does not really do justice to the steepness of the gradient. For more information about this traditional event follow the link. http://www.cheese-rolling.co.uk/

Each Spring Bank Holiday Monday Cooper's Hill is the site of the Cheese Roll. This is a tradition going back centuries, people race down this very steep hillside above Brockworth chasing an eight pound Double Gloucester cheese. The incline is 1 in 2, even 1 in 1.
