Shaggy Ink Caps - Coprinus comatus
Sometimes known as 'lawyer's wig'. As they age, they turn into a black, inky substance.
Found under a hedge in a cultivated border by the bridleway.

Towards Hanlow Cottage
From beneath a large oak in the middle of a small meadow crossed by two bridleways, although there only seems to be a gate (horse-unfriendly) for one of them at the northern edge. This is gently-sloping land well-endowed with rights of way. The cottage can be glimpsed past the large tree.

Barns near Churcham
Looking along bridleway DCH60/4 north of Hanlow House. The tree on the left is the prominent one in the centre of Image, although the tree beneath which that photo was taken can only partly be glimpsed to the right of the smaller barn above the gate.
