Newent Market Square
Newent Market Square with the Market House on the left, it has stood in the centre of Newent for more than three and a half centuries. The sculpture of the horse is a recent addition. The horse is Valegro, the horse ridden by Olympic Gold medalist, Charlotte Dujardin who lives locally. She has won three Olympic Gold Medals, a silver and two Bronze Medals at the London, Rio and Tokyo Olympic Games.
