Traditional village garage, St Briavels
Once found in many villages most of these small village garages have now gone and the land redeveloped. In October 2014 I viewed this picture and was reflecting as to whether business was still trading, a quick browse on Geograph reveals in 2013 it was photographed again and has closed. Image]

A row of three East Street cottages, St Briavels
The name of the cottage on the right is Llamedos which looks Welsh or perhaps Spanish. The name is neither - it is meant to be read from right to left.

Corner of East Street and Church Street, St Briavels
I didn't find shops in the village during my visit in May 2013. This building on the corner of East Street and Church Street looks like it may once have been a shop.
