Jubilee Beacon, Bream
Located on the north side of High Street, near the Cenotaph. It was one of the Diamond Jubilee Beacons which were lit from 10pm on Monday June 4th 2012 across the UK in celebration of Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee. Bream Sports Club http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3789258 is on the right.

Bream Cenotaph and Jubilee Beacon
Viewed across High Street. Bream's War Memorial was unveiled on September 11th 1921 by General Tyler. The architects were Kennard and Kennard of Gray's Inn Square, London. The design was inspired by the Lutyens National Cenotaph in Whitehall, London. Bream Cenotaph was Grade II listed in 2017, four years after this photo was taken.
