With clear blue skies, warm sunshine and much blossom to be seen, Sunday March 16th 2014 in Whitecroft felt more like mid May than mid March. This view was taken from the edge of Park Hill near the Pillowell Road junction.

Arriva Transport Solutions in Whitecroft
In Whitecroft, the patient transport business AM Medical Services has been taken over by Arriva Transport Solutions Limited (ATS). From Sunday December 1st 2013, ATS has been providing non-emergency patient transport services here in Gloucestershire and also in Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Swindon.
The main types of non-emergency patient transport services are patients travelling to and from outpatient appointments, day case inpatient admissions, discharges, inter-hospital, those returning home from A&E and Minor Injury departments, end of life patients, renal dialysis patients and on-site interdepartmental hospital transfers.
