Anything Cheltenham can do ... a terrace of 1818, most of the houses fronted by an Ionic porch. No. 7 has a slightly later wrought-iron balcony (Image]). Grade II listed.

Cricket Pitch
There was nothing happening on the cricket ground in Gloucester Park. There must have been a forecast of rain, because the covers are ready and waiting to be placed over the pitch.

An Italian coat on English body
The church was designed in 1822 by Thomas Rickman and Henry Hutchinson, whose work was described as "in a plain neo-classical style". However, in 1900 a completely different west front was built partly in brick and Italian Romanesque style. The difference is clear in this shot.
