77 Southgate Street, Gloucester
Not much to look at now, the egregious C20th attic storey the worst indignity of all. Built in 1831-32 by Thomas Fulljames "in a Grecian style so severe it could easily be mistaken for 1920s Neo-Grec". In front is a K6 phone box. Grade II listed. Formerly the Albion Hotel, it was disused at the time.
