The church, of 1861-63, is by Teulon, wild man of Victorian architecture. The tower dates from the late 15th century.

As David Verey says in the relevant Pevsner, the 15th century tower is 'very pretty'. The rest is by that wildest of Victorian architects S.S. Teulon and dates from 1861-63.
