Stanley Mill, King's Stanley - outbuildings
Stanley Mill is a Grade I Listed former woollen mill. The main block was built in 1813 but there are a whole series of outbuildings, two with relatively short square chimneys. This is one of those but I do not know what its purpose was. It is attached to one end of a row of cottages associated with the mill.

Stanley Mill, King's Stanley - modern shed
Stanley Mill is a Grade I Listed former woollen mill. The listing applies to the main block behind the photographer rather than to this much more modern north light roofed shed that is from the mid-20th century. The site was due to be redeveloped but I do not know how much progress has been made.

Stanley Mill, King's Stanley
Part of a large woollen mill complex built in 1813. A Grade I listed building, of importance for its internal cast iron frame, making it much more fire-proof. The buildings are being redeveloped on consultation with English Heritage.

Stanley Mill, King's Stanley
A Grade I Listed former woollen mill built in 1813 with later additions. This shows the L-shaped fireproof block of 1813 with the later chimney beyond. The mill is to be redeveloped but I am not sure how much progress has been made in this long-running saga.
