Photographer is standing in the car park of a convenience food restaurant. Note the non-sustainable urban design practises of this land use, featuring extensive impervious surface that generates excessive storm-water runoff and the high energy density of the outdoor lighting scheme.

War Memorial at Alexandria Parish Church

The inscription on the front says: "To the glory of God and in memory of the men connected with this congregation who fell in the Great War 1914-1919 and in the World War 1939-1945".
Before it was moved here, the memorial stood beside the Image; it was located just to the north-east of the gate (between pillars) that can be seen in that picture.
