Masonic Lodge, Busby, Glasgow
Lodge St John Busby No.458, Busby, Scotland. This is where the Deputy Fuhrer of Germany Rudolf Hess was kept overnight when he parachuted into Scotland landing at Eaglesham in 1941. At that time the Lodge was a Scout hut. Later the next day he was transported to a military barracks at Maryhill on the northern side of Glasgow.
