Footpath to the Lidl car park
The wee footpath gives pedestrian access to the car park of the Lidl in the St James shopping mall, here on the edge of East Kilbride. Tony Macaroni sits uphill from the car park and the Department for International Development offices (Image) lie beyond.

Factory grounds, Redwood Avenue
Back of Mentholatum on rough ground between the industrial estate and Lidl on St James' Avenue. There is no formal link, but it was easy to wheel up an embankment in order to travel eastwards.
The view covers a lot of land awaiting development. This part of East Kilbride is industrial.

Roundabout at Peel Park
The picture shows the roundabout on Eaglesham Road from Redwood Drive. Originally an area of modern offices and industrial units, known as Peel Park, this edge of East Kilbride now includes more and more recent housing developments.
