Manse Road, Bargeddie
When the M73 was built in the 1970s the road was re-aligned to run closer to the railway so that one bridge could take the new motorway over both.

Baillieston Interchange from the air
The A8 dual carriageway, the M8 motorway and the M73 motorway meet at this junction. In the lower left corner, work is under way to replace the five mile A8 "missing link" with motorway to complete the motorway link between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
