Remains of a footbridge
Two sets of steps are all that remain of a small footbridge which used to cross the Bishopbriggs Burn at this point. The bridge itself is gone. There is a metal barrier at the top of each set of steps.

Footpath beside the canal
This footpath runs on the south side of the Forth and Clyde Canal from the Bishopbriggs Leisuredrome to Lambhill. It is a quieter path to walk than the towpath on the other side of the canal, but a bit muddier in places.
